Payments are processed through MIPS MyPay, a PCI-compliant payment gateway that does not store card details. Your card information is securely encrypted during transmission, ensuring a safe and reliable payment experience.

Important:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify within 48 hours that the payment corresponds to the correct amount and has been successfully processed. No claims can be made to MIPS after this period.

Refunds & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective.

Upon receiving the product, it will be inspected and you will be notified via email within a reasonable timeframe regarding your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

If approved, the product will be replaced or refunded using the original payment method.

Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund using the original payment method.

2. Delivery Location

Delivery is available across Mauritius.
Showroom collection is also available.

3. Minimum Purchase

A minimum purchase of Rs 2,000 is required to process an order.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided once your order is confirmed.

We aim to deliver within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of Rs 460 applies to all orders.
